Returns Policy

At Xshe, you may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Xshe will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error from our side, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing over your return package to the shipping provider. In many cases, the refund may be processed sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time required to inspect and process the returned item, and the time taken by your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view your order history, select the order you wish to return, and follow the return request process. You will be notified once your returned item has been received and processed.
