Returns Policy

At Xshe, you may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Xshe will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error from our side, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing over your return package to the shipping provider. In many cases, the refund may be processed sooner.
